At AQUALINX Logistics Inc., we strive to provide reliable international shipping and logistics services. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or adjustments may be offered.

Service Nature

Please note that we are a logistics and shipping company. Our services involve the transportation and handling of goods rather than the direct sale of physical products. Refunds and returns policies may therefore differ from standard retail practices.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Overpayment due to billing errors.

  • Cancellation of a shipment before processing and dispatch.

  • Service failure caused directly by AQUALINX Logistics Inc. (subject to investigation and review).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by customs, government authorities, or unforeseen external factors.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Losses or damages caused by improper packaging by the sender.

Returns

Since we provide transportation services, we do not accept returns of shipped goods. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items meet all packaging, documentation, and compliance requirements before shipment.

Claims for Damaged or Lost Goods

If your shipment is damaged or lost during transit:

  • Please notify us immediately within 7 business days of delivery or expected delivery.

  • Provide all supporting documents (airway bill, invoice, photos, etc.).

  • Claims will be reviewed in accordance with our carrier terms and international shipping conventions.

Compensation, if applicable, will be limited to the liability coverage stated in your shipping agreement or as required by law.

Cancellations

  • Shipments may be canceled prior to dispatch.

  • Once a shipment is in transit, cancellations are not possible.

  • Any cancellation fees charged by carriers or partners will be deducted from the refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
